How to Cook Eggs without Shells: 1. Use the included oil brush to apply a thin layer of oil inside the egg mold. 2. Crack the eggs into the poacher cup (add your desired ingredients), placing the lid on top. 3. Place the cup in boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can steam it in a steamer (cold water may need a longer cooking time). 4. After cooking, gently immerse the cup in cold water to cool it down. 5. Squeeze to release the eggs, and pour them out.

Non-stick & Easy to Clean: Oil the poacher before steaming to prevent eggs from sticking. While it can be cleaned in the dishwasher, hand washing is preferred for gentle care.
